The P565 model features a 2.8 inch TFT touch screen offering a marvelous resolution of 480 x 640 pixels. It also boasts of a dual camera facility-the 3.15 MP primary camera with autofocus, delivering a mega image resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels; and the secondary VGA camera having the option of video call. Although it has an internal memory of 128 MB RAM and 256 MB ROM; its external memory can be upgraded up to a whopping 8 GB using the mini SD card.
